    Q No 2 : Write a note on Transfer of Decree and the issues to be resolved by the executing Court. (15 Marks )

    Q No 3 : Under what circumstances a suit can be withdrawn ? Discuss in detail its consequences including filing of fresh suit. . (15 Marks )

    Q No 4 : How can a suit against a minor, a pauper and person of unsound mind be filed ? describe also the procedure for filing of suit by them . (15 Marks )

    PART-II
    (The Limitation Act 1908)

    Q No 5 : Under what circumstances delay in filing of suit or appeal can be condoned. (10 Marks )

    Q No 6 : Comment upon the factors considered while computing the period of limitation. (10 Marks )

    PART-III
    (The Registration Act 1908)

    Q No 7 : Discuss the implications of non registration of a document which is otherwise liable to be registered . (10 Marks )

    Q No 8 : Describe the nature of documents required to be compulsorily registered under The Registration Act,1908. (10 Marks )

    Q No 9 : Discuss in detail the doctrine of estoppel & compare estoppel with double jeopardy in Criminal Proceeding. (15 Marks )

    Q No 1 : Criminals Justice System in Pakistan is Adversarial. Please elaborate. Are there any exceptions ? (20 Marks )
